Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Pocketin (Jetstartus Tehnology Private Limited) clearly specifies before the final payment of any deliverable listed on its platform that services once purchased cannot be cancelled and the payment would not be refunded, except under the condition that wrong or unjustified payment was charged from the user due to any malfunctioning of the platform. Under those circumstances, the unjustified amount would be refunded to the user within 5 working days from the date of resolution of the issue. Pocketin (Jetstartus Tehnology Private Limited) would reserve the right to determine whether the payment collected was justified or not. Rescheduling of time and date of Services
Pocketin (Jetstartus Tehnology Private Limited) values its consumers and encourages them to fill the date of visit and time slot very carefully before purchase of any service. But still in situations where our consumers want to change the date and time slot of the purchased service before 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time, Pocketin (Jetstartus Tehnology Private Limited) would try its best to reschedule with the corncerned partner outlet. But, consumers should note that Pocketin (Jetstartus Tehnology Private Limited) does not guarantee the reschedulation. The reschedulation would be dependent on the discretion of the partner outlet where the service has been booked.
